     A Romanian culinary specialty. Pork or veal meat hacked, mixed with a little rice, then wrapped in sour or fresh cabbage or grape leaves and boiled over low heat in clay containers.
*   Sisesti
     Locality 9 miles northeast from town Drobeta Turnu Severin, Romania. Have hills of sand and clay  where tortoises live (testos hermani hermany). They hibernating in galleries with alveolus which will be occupied in arrival order and the deepness of gallery indicate the asperity of winter. This very good clay is used to make ceramic objects.
